Role Overview
The role is based in the Singapore office, will oversee financial planning, strategic administration, and control functions, driving the company's capital and cash flow management. As a Structured Finance Originator, the position also involves structuring and finalizing intricate financing transactions. This includes collaborating with financial institutions, export credit agencies (ECAs), and trading companies to deliver customized financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Economic and Financial Oversight : Manage financial operations for the Singapore office, including cash flow, tax oversight, accounting, and control management.
- Transaction Structuring : Develop and execute complex financial deals, including structured trade finance and other customized financial products. Collaborate with front-office, credit, legal, accounting, and trading teams to ensure successful execution.
- Negotiation and Leadership : Lead negotiation teams and oversee the entire deal closure process.
- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and manage risks related to structured transactions, including credit, market, and liquidity risks.
- Market Analysis : Conduct comprehensive financial market analyses to identify trends and new business opportunities, staying current with financial innovations and regulatory changes.
