Student Care Centre Manager

- Oversee the daily operations of a school-based student care centre
- Liaise with the HQ, parents and school with regards to students and centre matters
- Mentor, lead and motivate staff
- Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out as per set curriculum
- Plan for manpower and logistics
- Manage fees payment and related matters
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals of enrolment and fees assistance schemes
- Maintain updated records of students' profile and finance matters
- Manage enquiries and provide regular feedback to the HQ
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager to ensure high enrollment and compliance with MSF regulations.
- Other related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
- Polytechnic Diploma and above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or Kindergarten
- Excellent Soft skills
Weekdays on Shifts:
8 am - 5pm / 9.30 am – 6 pm/10 am – 7 pm
