Tableau Developer

- Develop and design interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau software.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by working with databases, particularly Redshift & sqlserver, to extract and manipulate data.
- Write SQL queries to retrieve, transform, and aggregate data from databases & demonstrate proficiency in SQL.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.
- Act as a strong team player, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Tableau dashboard development and SQL development.
- Proven experience as a BI Engineer/Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your BI expertise.
- In-depth understanding of Tableau software, including advanced features such as LOD expressions and complex calculations.
- User access control/row level security (RLS) implementation is must.
- Hands-on skill for tableau server administration is added advantage
- Experience with Python scripting for data ingestion and integration is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to write SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, and aggregation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
