What You Will Do

• Deeply understand hiring needs; partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Manage end to end hiring, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding preparation, etc.
• Identify, attract and close candidates that aligned with hiring plans.
• Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
• Lead key initiatives and projects with our business teams, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in HR, specialising in talent acquisition management.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages inclusive of equity/ RSU.
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing large, complex projects.
• Excellent organizational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously.
• Thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while working autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience working with international partners in different time zones and cultures.
• Experience working in the technology industry.
