Job Description
Tech Intern Familiar with Shopify, Google Workspace and e Commerce Workflows


In general, you will be tasked with managing the backend of the current flagship website and handling and organising emails and other functions on Google Workspace.
For the flagship store on Shopify:
1) Fixing inherent bugs. Adding code where necessary.
2) Updating the website content. That could entail tasks like creating new banners, onboarding products new products, adding media, etc.
3) Organising inventory and processing orders.
4) Configuring shipping for new markets.
5) Integrating with other e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Amazon.
6) Researching and installing the appropriate applications. This might involve you speaking to vendors on my behalf to gather intel.
7) Updating and sprucing up of information in the product pages.

For Google Workspace

1) Composing mass emails to customers/suppliers and organising responses for actionable next steps.
2) Ensuring contact lists and other documents essential for a smooth sailing workflow are well organised and updated.
