Tender Administrator

- Location: Harbourfront
- Oversee the entire tender process, including identify tender opportunities, evaluate requirements, prepare tender submissions, organise meetings and maintaining accurate records of tender activities
- Identify tender opportunities from Singapore government and other websites (eg. Ge BIZ, Ariba, Sesami, Tender Boards)
- Review tender specifications and prepare essential information/documentation for tender submissions within the deadlines
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information, supporting documents and pricing details for tender responses
- Assist in proof-reading and editing tender submissions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to formatting requirements
- Identify suitably qualified consultants (with guidance from Supervisor and associated Director) for joint participation in multi-disciplinary projects and send out invitations to participate
- Coordinate with consultants for documents, ensuring completeness and full compliance with tender requirements
- Follow up with clients after tender submissions to obtain feedback and address any additional requirements
- Maintaining database of tender opportunities/ awarded tenders, record of staff CVs and provide regular updates on the status of tender submissions
- Providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of the tender/bidding process and performance
- Preparation Of Fee/Services Proposals when necessary, including liaison with the external consultants and ensure timely submission of their fee quotations within the time frame and conditions stipulated by the clients
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Superior
