- Prepare L/C and banking documentation.
- Handle and process all shipping documents and to ensure completeness, accuracy and in compliance with the relevant import / export rules and regulations.
- Execute all sales activities from preparing sales invoices and related documents, follow up, shipping documents, invoicing to collecting payment from customers on timely basis.
- Liaise and coordinate shipment, sales, admin, logistics, etc.
- Update sales data to support monthly / quarterly / yearly reports.
- Ensure all import / export documentation is maintained in a complete and accurate manners.
- Any other duties assigned by the superior.
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Min 3 years in sales administration.
- Must have experience in handling import / export and L/C documentation.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin as the role is required to liaise with foreign clients / associates.
- Proficient in PC skills, Microsoft Words and Excel.
- Ability to work independently; self-motivated and organized.
