Warehouse Assistant (Manufacturing / 5 days / Tuas, SG)

- Process Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) PO receipts for incoming raw materials.
- Manage Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) move entries between company and external warehouse.
- Handle National Environment Agency reports and track waste chemical disposal.
- Process Oracle 11i for returned totes, material requisitions, and entry reversals.
- Follow up on delivery orders with suppliers and warehouse.
- Print GHS labels for export shipments and change lot status.
- Issue manual purchase requisitions for miscellaneous items (e.g., gloves, packing film, waste disposal).
- Distribute documents to Finance Department and relevant staff.
- File documents into appropriate areas.
- Reconcile stock between external warehouses and company records.
- Update and manage sample list on Excel.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma/ITE in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Mandatory forklift license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with warehouse computer systems.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas, Singapore.
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
