- Provide support to Operations & Administration Department
- Assist in administration such as order confirmation, receiving, payments, invoices and claims
- Assist in inventory management and periodical stock taking
- Work closely with interdepartments, department heads, suppliers and clients
- Administration of Warehouse Management System, SAP and other portals
- Prepare and generate periodical reports
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Degree with some relevant working experiences
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and cold room environment
- Possess good communication and organisational skills
- 5.5 days alternate work week
- Public holidays as per scheduled
