We are seeking a highly organized and proficient Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee our ecommerce warehouse fulfilment operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of the ecommerce sector. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely order fulfilment, which is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Ensure all ecommerce orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

• Warehouse Organization: Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout plans and storage systems to optimize space and streamline operations.

• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the company’s standards before dispatch.

• Team Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance, adherence to safety protocols, and maintenance of a productive work environment.

• Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.

• Data and Reporting: Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, order status, and other key metrics. Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.

• Customer Service Support: Handle any warehouse-related issues that arise in customer service queries, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
