Are you ready to start your journey in the art of barbering? Hermanos Barbershop, with two busy and high-end locations in Cape Town, is searching for a passionate and ambitious Apprentice Barber to join our team! This isn’t just about perfecting skin fades—it’s about mastering the full spectrum of barbering skills, from classic and long haircuts to modern tricky styles, and everything in between.
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated individual with a genuine interest in barbering.
- Someone eager to work both front and back of house, gaining insight into the full operation of a high-end barbershop.
- A people person who can connect with clients and understand the energy and vibe of Hermanos.
- A willingness to commit to the craft, learn new techniques, and grow with us.
- The art and techniques of traditional and modern barbering.
- Client interaction and relationship building.
- Barbershop operations and teamwork.
- No prior experience needed, but a passion for barbering is essential.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, in Cape Town.
- A monthly compensation during the apprentice period.
- A clear growth path: If you pass all assessments and stages, you’ll have the opportunity to become a fully fledged barber at one of our shops.
