Job Description
Ensuring 100% target are met month on month
Managing headcount requirements against budget
Excellent understanding of airline alliances, airline hubs, interline & codeshare arrangements, time zones etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Will work on a shifting schedule including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
Matric
3-5 Years Team Leader experience in a Travel environment
