Job Specification

Reporting to Senior Manager Fuel & Convenience, the incumbent will be responsible for all activities associated with that of the Administration Department. Under direct supervision, performs routine clerical and financial support for functional groups such as copying, distributing mail, performing calculations and maintaining records and files following standard procedures with all work certified or checked.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
2 years related experience
Computer literacy
Applications will be further enhanced by previous retail experience and good interpersonal skills

Key performance indicators include:

Daily banking, petty cash and fuel reconciliation
Capturing of GRV’s
Handling of orders
Verification and communication of overtime / hours to payroll
Answering of telephone
Relief on point of sale (if required)
Ad hoc functions relating to the above
