Liaising with clients and financial departments, compiling internal sales controls and the reconciliation of sales data.
Tasks related to this position include but are not limited to:
· Using standard computer software packages to perform accounting and related
calculations.
· Liaising with clients on a day to day basis.
· Data capturing and record keeping.
· Creating and verifying the accuracy of the sales documents such as invoices and delivery
notes.
· Processing of orders from clients.
· Resolving clients’ complaints and ensuring client satisfaction.
· Compiling monthly reports.
· Maintaining client confidentiality.
Qualification and competencies:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
· Computer literate
· Organisational, interpersonal, communication, analytical skills and attention to detail

Contract length: 3-12 months
Pay: From R7 000,00 per month
