Our Flightsite team is looking for an experienced Debtors Clerk!
About the Role

The Debtors Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all corporate accounts. This role involves various tasks related to revenue collection, account reconciliation, and general administration. The Debtors Clerk is required to maintain detailed records of designated accounts and payments, while also resolving queries and providing excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities

Revenue Collection:

• Collect outstanding payments from customers through various channels.
  
• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  
• Allocate payments to appropriate invoices and customer accounts.

Account Management:

• Resolve customer queries and disputes related to billing and payments.
  
• Ensure timely payment of commissions and process commission payments.
  
• Prepare and submit month-end reporting packages.

General Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as required.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Matric with a Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Debtors or Creditors Clerk.
• Accounting or financial qualification is advantageous.
  
• Proficiency in Profin software preferred.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
  
• Excellent time management and follow-through skills.
  
• Analytical skills and ability to create reports from data (advantageous).
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
