As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated External Sales Representative to join our Johannesburg team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting architects, builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Timmdek's composite building materials.
• Provide clients with product knowledge, technical specifications, and professional advice to assist in their purchasing decisions.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market competitors.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the Timmdek brand.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team, management, and marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in external sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong network of contacts within the Johannesburg building and construction sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Technical knowledge or a willingness to learn about composite building products.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport are essential.
