Your Mission

• Initiate and process purchase orders for necessary resources intervention.
• Verify purchase order accuracy and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain purchase order records and documentation.
• Receive, review, and process invoices for goods and services related to field service operations.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the finance department for payment processing.
• FSE Expenses Management:
  
  • Collect and review expense reports submitted by field service engineers.
  • Verify expenses for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in expense report processing and reimbursement.
• Coordinate and arrange logistics for field service trips, including travel, accommodation, and transportation.
• Facilitate visa applications and compliance documentation for field service engineers traveling internationally.
• Stay up to date with visa regulations and ensure adherence to travel guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of field service engineer work hours and assignments.
• Assist in tracking time and effort for project-based work.
• Generate reports on time and effort for management.

Your Profile

Level of Education and Language

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Good English Speaking and Writing

Level of experience and skills:

• Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on purchase order management, invoicing, and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with financial and procurement systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, vendors, and field service engineers.
• Knowledge of international travel requirements and visa processing is a plus.
