Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Communication Concepts: Develop graphic communication concepts and innovative visual campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  
• Creative Conceptualization: Conceptualize and creatively bring projects to life, bridging complex startup ideas and their audience visually.
  
• Client Inspiration: Inspire clients with unique design ideas, confidently presenting them in both German and English.
  
• Visual Storytelling: Create compelling visual storytelling for presentations and digital assets, ensuring engagement across all media.
  
• Mentorship: Mentor junior designers, fostering creativity and sharing expertise to elevate team performance.
  
• Collaboration & Ownership: Take ownership of the design process, collaborating with team leaders and management to ensure optimal visual outcomes.
  

Qualifications:

• Passion for digital communication and experimentation with the latest design tools and trends.
  
• Strong conceptual thinker with a sharp eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling.
  
• Expertise in understanding customer journeys and an intuitive sense of design trends.

• Fluent communication in both German and English, with openness to provide constructive feedback.
