A vacancy exists for a Growth Manager: Vaults within the Micro Merchant Division – Product and Innovation, in Century City, Cape Town.
The Growth Manager – Vaults will assume strategic ownership and accountability for ensuring the delivery of Kazang Direct Vault deployment objectives.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The Growth Manager – Vaults will assume strategic ownership and accountability for ensuring the delivery of Kazang Direct Vault deployment objectives.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Key point of contact for coordination of sales teams deploying cash vaults.
- Key point of contact for drop-safe deployment partner.
- Assessment and reporting of costs/revenues associated with cash-base.
- Overseeing the growth of the active customer base and rand volumes processed through the base.
- Strategic input into cash-acquiring products and their interface with the cashless payment ecosystem.
- Managing and reporting on Vault team call cycles and related objectives.
- Coordinating ancillary/support projects – drop safe deployments, rewards programmes, customer, and sales incentives etc.
- Matric/Grade 12.
- Experience in sales management or sales team administration is preferable.
- Experience working in the informal markets of South Africa and lower LSM/informal markets is preferable.
- Experience in Payments or Cash Management plus.
- Computer literacy – MS Office Suite.
