Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field.

• At least five years of relevant work experience.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 setup and troubleshooting.

• Excellent knowledge and experience working on Dell laptops (hardware and drivers).

• Advanced knowledge in networking - routers, switches, and wireless access points, Azure, Active Directory, domain control, and user administration, Share Point and Office 365 features is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of using Team Viewer or similar remote desktop support software.

• Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Strong customer-service orientation. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes intense work environment addressing issues within the service level agreement (SLA).

• Any related IT certifications will be a plus.

• Fluency in English (written and oral). Fluency in Portuguese would be beneficial.

• Possession of Driver’s License desirable.

• Current authorization to work in South Africa is required at the time of application.
