We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Data Analyst to join our team in Cape Town South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Key Account Branch with data analytical requests as directed by the Key Account Data Analyst. You will process a variety of data sets to support with building and maintaining accurate, value-added material for Key Accounts. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure

• Proven experience or educational acumen in statistical analysis, data visualisation or database management
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High proficiency in use of Excel & Power Point (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a curious nature
• We are willing to train a candidate with relevant qualifications or highly transferable skills

In this role you will:

• Ensure that data gathered for Key Account projects is accurate and produced to the best of your ability
• Work with the Key Account Data Analyst to determine the best approach when presented with a new customer task
• Support the Key Account Data Analyst with statistical evidence that highlights customer performance and trends
• Produce and maintain accurate KPI reports, QBR/MBR material and Key Account project data in line with set deadlines
• Utilise great time management to ensure that all internal and external deadlines are met
• Store all previously processed data correctly and in a readily accessible format
• Engage in areas of self-development within areas such as Power BI and Excel
• Build a thorough understanding of the companies operational set up in order to use initiative when approaching customer projects
• Provide relevant and frequent updates to the Key Account Data Analyst through virtual face to face and email communication to ensure all internal parties are aware of progress.
