We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tender Management Administrator to join our team in Cape Town South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tender process from enquiry to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure

We are looking for:
- Proven experience in tender administration or a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in use of Excel & Power Point
- Ideally knowledge of tender regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a curious nature

- Administer and update Bid and Tendering templates, processes and procures.
- Maintain project lists and trackers for the team and accurate records of all tender-related documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Support in compiling tender pricing submission documents.
- Establish and maintain good contacts with Project leads and support functions to ensure internal buy in is secured for new and repeat business.
- Support the management with logging lessons learned and improvement activities to improve best practice.
- Maintain database for tendering, evidence, images, best answers, certifications.
- Review tender documents and identifying requirements.
- Prepare and submit tender responses within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all tender specifications and requirements.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders as needed throughout the tender process.
- Support the tender evaluation process, including attending meetings and providing necessary documentation.
- Assist with the development of tender strategies and proposals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in tender administration
