Dealer - Agent for Kitchen Cupboard Solutions

To be considered for an interview, as an agent/entrepreneur you must be goal-driven, have business acumen, no less than 3 years of experience in the business environment, with a particular focus on the kitchen cupboard industry. Responsibilities and Duties -
- Liaising with clients
- Strong entrepreneur skills
- Measuring and consulting on-site
- Developing and creating inspiring proposals
- Quoting on creative work
- Order tracking and management from start to finish on each job
- Following up leads
- Converting leads to sales
- Meeting monthly sales targets
- Reviewing test and measure reports
- Participation in tradeshows, exhibitions, and networking to promote the brand
- Monitoring the target market, finding out the competitors, keeping up with the trends, latest innovations, and products
- Administration
- Achieving KPI’s
Essential Requirements:
- A background in Kitchen Design is an advantage however, training will be provided for our system
- Grade 12 or higher
- Sales driven
- Must love working with people
- Customer Service is imperative
- Must be willing to work the retail hours
- Have a “can do” positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Have a Friendly, Efficient, and Flexible Ability to find solutions
- Good communication skills
- Previous Experience preferred
- Good mathematics
- Must be well organized, reliable, and hard-working as well as a strong team player
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be able to pay close attention to detail
