Your role

• Receiving of all telephonic, e-mail customer orders and orders requested by Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
• Processing leads in Salesforce.
• Accurate record keeping of orders received and invoiced.
• Assist customers with information relating to deliveries and expected delivery dates.
• Processing of indent sales and tracking the sales with Power distribution center (PTD).
• Working alongside with the project manager on all projects.
• Preparing, routing, and managing purchase orders.
• Reviewing shipment materials before distribution.
• Collaborating with transportation systems for prompt pick-ups.
• Monitoring shipments.
• Address customer complaints and facilitate returns in accordance with the company's policies.
• Accurately processing credit notes.
• Tracking stock movements and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.

To succeed, you will need

• Must have a working experience in Logistics and project administration.
• Computer literacy (Excel and SAP is an advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Skilled in collaborating effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Capable of working well in a team and working under pressure.
• Accurate data capturing skills.
• Well organized and able to work independently.
• Ability to read parts lists and drawings.
• Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation.
• Challenged by varied work demands / routines.
