About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing & Partnerships Manager to lead our marketing team and drive the growth of the WOLO Travel brand. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and partnership strategies. Your role will involve overseeing campaign development, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all materials align with our brand identity. You will also spearhead the creation of strategic partnerships, experimenting with various marketing channels and tactics to enhance our brand presence and drive qualified traffic to our sales team. Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Marketing & Partnership Development: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing and partnership strategies to boost WOLO Travel’s brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. Develop long-term plans that align with the company’s growth objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and retention across multiple channels.
· Campaign Planning & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring a consistent and compelling message that aligns with WOLO Travel’s ethos. This includes planning, coordinating, and delivering campaigns across a variety of acquisition channels such as paid media, organic content, social media, influencer partnerships, events, and email marketing.
· Channel Optimisation & Expansion: Experiment with various marketing tactics and explore new channels to increase brand awareness and traffic. Identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for growth in key markets, ensuring an optimal mix of digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize customer acquisition and lead generation.
· Content Development & Approval: Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience. This includes approving content for the website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and in-store marketing materials. Ensure that all content reflects the brand’s personality and values while driving engagement and conversions.
· Budget Management & Allocation: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and strategic allocation of funds. Regularly review spending to ensure that marketing initiatives are delivering strong returns on investment and are in line with company goals. Provide detailed budget forecasts, monitor expenditures, and adjust strategies as needed to meet financial targets.
· Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as web traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI). Provide actionable insights to the Marketing Director and senior leadership, recommending adjustments to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.
· Customer & Market Insight Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust campaigns to better align with customer preferences and business needs.
· Partnership Identification & Development: Spearhead the identification, negotiation, and development of strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, such as tourism boards, airlines, and complimentary consumer brands. Build mutually beneficial relationships to enhance WOLO Travel’s offerings, increase brand exposure, and drive additional revenue streams.
· Cross-Department Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales, product, and wider marketing teams to align partnership and marketing strategies with business objectives. Facilitate strong communication between departments to ensure that all marketing efforts support the broader company goals, particularly around customer acquisition and retention.
· Partnership Reporting & Scalability: Develop a scalable model for formalising and managing partnerships, creating frameworks for tracking partnership performance and contribution to overall business growth. Take ownership of partnership reporting, ensuring clear communication of results, successes, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
· Brand Ambassador & Advocate: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting WOLO Travel at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
· Proven experience in managing and leading a multi-disciplined marketing team.
· Demonstrable experience in a range of marketing functions with a strong potential for learning and growth.
· Proven track record in identifying target audiences and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns.
· Experience with Google Ad Words, social media, and email campaign optimization.
· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, CRM Reporting).
· Numerically literate with the ability to analyse metrics and manage spreadsheets effectively.
· A sense of aesthetics with a passion for great copy and witty communication.
· Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
