Your responsibilities
The scope of this role will require the incumbent to work in a projects based environment covering all phases of project execution (feasibility, concept, basic, detail, construction support and commissioning). The individual will engage in mechanical design activities related to producing and checking mechanical engineering deliverables.Your profile
EducationBSc Mechanical Engineering Degree or BEng Mechanical Degree. Must be registered with the Engineering Council of SA (ECSA) or be in the process of registration.
Additional educational Requirements
Have a working knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as proficiency in the use of software programs for Pressure Vessels design and preparation of technical equipment specifications would also be required.
Courses on different types of pumps, compressors and seal systems, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and tanks are essential.
Knowledge of the Statutory requirements for pressure vessels and pressurised equipment (PER and SANS 347) is a pre-requisite for this role.
Work Experience
3-5 Years’ minimum applicable experience.
