We are currently going through an incredibly exciting time and as we continue to grow our business as the Top BPO Operator in South Africa. we have an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic, passionate and driven Inbound Customer Sales and Service Advisors to join our team.
Successful candidates will be working on behalf of one of the US’s most prestigious Telecommunications Providers, receiving Inbound Service and Sales calls dealing with tariff changes, Service queries and aiding loyalty development throughout each and every customer engagement.
Due to the complexity of internationally Regulated market the ideal candidate would have experience servicing this industry.

The Benefits:

Salary of UP to R9000 (depending on experience)
Achievable performance related bonus opportunities up to 26% of your basic salary (attendance and KPI achieving dependent)

The Successful Candidate:

Experience delivering service / sales for a US Telecommunications company
A minimum of 6- 12 months sales/ Customer service experience (essential)
An excellent command of the English language (grammar, pronunciation, pace and voice clarity)
Exceptional communication skills
Driven with a passion to succeed in a fast paced environment
Confident and engaging individual with the ability to build exceptional rapport with customers
Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience, profile customers and match products to individual needs
Computer literate with the ability to ‘type and talk’
Target driven and self-motivated in order to meet and exceed both team and individual project targets
