Sales Coordinator - Onsite, Night Shift

People Partners is seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator based in Durban, South Africa to enhance our sales operations and support our sales team. Directly reporting to the Sales Manager, this role requires a detail-oriented strategist with extensive experience in optimizing complex sales processes, implementing effective data-driven solutions, and maintaining rigorous documentation standards. Pay: R25 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month

- Must be open to work onsite at Beacon Rock 301 21 Lighthouse Road Umhlangca Durban 4320 South Africa.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with Australian daytime hours, scheduled from 7 PM to 5 AM (Monday to Thursday) and 7 PM to 11 AM (Friday)
- Ensure data accuracy by accurately entering client data into Zoho CRM, completing all mandatory fields and validating for accuracy.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies or inaccuracies in Zoho CRM data.
- Maintain data quality by regularly reviewing and cleaning up existing data within Zoho CRM.
- Update and create reports as needed by the sales team or as requested by management.
- Analyze sales data using Zoho CRM to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Manage calendars to schedule and manage meetings efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while coordinating to avoid conflicts.
- Follow up with the sales team and external clients to ensure appointment confirmations and minimise no-shows.
- Assist in updating existing Power Point presentations and crafting new ones as needed.
- Take on general office administrative tasks as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
- Monitor and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring leads and deals are actively tracked, updated, and followed up on.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prevent potential opportunities from slipping through the cracks.
- Manage Zoho Desk tickets to ensure excellent customer service, reassigning and following up on overdue tickets.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline sales operations by identifying and addressing gaps in processes and systems and recommending effective solutions.
- Previous 3-5 years of experience in a sales administration or a similar role
- Proven experience in data entry, data management, and CRM software
- Experience using Zoho CRM for managing leads, contacts, accounts, and deals is an absolute advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and calendar management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Pay: R25 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month
