We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Professional Assistant to the CEO with a finance or law degree/legal background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts, and coordinating travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts for the group of companies, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
- Contract Management: Oversee the process of contract execution and maintenance, ensuring that all agreements are up-to-date and properly filed.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research and provide insights on various legal matters to assist the CEO in decision-making.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate local and international travel plans for the CEO, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance or Law/strong legal background.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on legal documentation and administrative support.
- Excellent legal drafting and document review skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
