Reservations Consultant

Basic Job description:
- Responding to enquiries & providing all prospective clients with suitable / available options.
- Closing of reservations/bookings, from start to finish
- Ensure monthly and annual targets and conversions are reached
- Assisting guest during/before/after tenancy
- On-going liaison with property suppliers & owners
- Regular Villa inspections
- Have relevant “online reservations experience” of at least 3 + years or more
- Previous Experience in Villa Rental Industry, Tourism/ Hotel Booking or Hospitality preferable
- Previous Experience working with CRM systems and/ or similar booking software
- Experience as a luxury FIT inbound consultant with knowledge of the 4 and 5 star markets preferable
- Excellent SALES track record, relating to targets reached and conversions (must be able to provide supporting docs)
· MUST be comfortable and confidant on the phone!
· High level of written and verbal communication
- Absolute passion for sales / sales environment (target-driven)
- Strong negotiation & influencing skills
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Proven understanding of market dynamics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Socially confident and professional
- Ability to work independently, swiftly and use initiative
- Optimistic, self-motivated, self-driven and resilient
- Ability to work within (sales) team environment
- Must be extremely competent with PC
- Basic & Commission
