The Role
We're on the lookout for a skilled Reservations Agent to join our dynamic reservations team in the heart of Cape Town. Working out of our head office on Kloof Street, you join a great group of people who #Care Why and #Can Do.
Who Are We?
Lion Roars Hotels & Lodges is a portfolio of beautiful properties in South Africa's most beautiful destinations. We own & manage numerous hotels & Big 5 game lodges in the country and are passionate about providing excellent service to our clients and guests.
Who Are You?
As a Reservations Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, showcasing our facilities, maximising revenue, and exceeding guest expectations.

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
Experience in hotel front office operations, central reservations or sales is highly beneficial.
Experience in a property management system such as Protel or Opera.
Competency across the various Microsoft products is key.
Ability to remain professional even under times of extreme busyness and pressure.
A friendly & positive demeanour is crucial - we work hard but always make sure we have fun while doing it. We are a big believer in upskilling and providing growth opportunities to those who possess a hard work ethic and a positive approach.
