We're on the lookout for a skilled Reservations Agent to join our dynamic reservations team in the heart of Cape Town. Working out of our head office on Kloof Street, you join a great group of people who #Care Why and #Can Do.

Who Are You?
As a Reservations Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, showcasing our facilities, maximising revenue, and exceeding guest expectations.

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
• Experience in hotel front office operations, central reservations or sales is highly beneficial.
• Experience in a property management system such as Protel or Opera.
• Competency across the various Microsoft products is key.
• Ability to remain professional even under times of extreme busyness and pressure.
• A friendly & positive demeanour is crucial - we work hard but always make sure we have fun while doing it. We are a big believer in upskilling and providing growth opportunities to those who possess a hard work ethic and a positive approach.
