About Us:
SANY Southern Africa is a leader in the earthmoving and heavy machinery industry, with a global presence and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for three dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team in Gauteng and surrounding provinces. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our tradtional yellow machinery products, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate should have an existing client base, the ability to hit the ground running, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction, mining, and industrial sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of sales agreements
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales within the heavy machinery/earthmoving industry (non negotiable)
  • Education: Minimum Diploma
  • Proven Track Record: Strong sales performance and target achievement
  • Client Base: Existing client base is essential
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of yellow machinery and its applications
  • Licenses & Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel as needed
  • Sales Skills: Highly persuasive, target-driven, and diligent
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, EMS systems, etc.
  • Professionalism: Must be well-presented, punctual, and professional at all times
  • Experience with Chinese Companies: Highly advantageous
