About the role
This is an opportunity for a recruiter to join an evolving company who are doing some really impactful things. With a focus on sourcing exceptional talent for our non-tech groups, you will be playing a critical role in shaping our teams by partnering with the Revenue Group to deeply understand their immediate and future business strategy, hiring needs & skill gaps and translating these into unique sourcing strategies to create talent pipelines both for now and the future.
What you will be doing:

Together with hiring managers and their teams, building top of funnel pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and referrals

Research and utilise various sourcing channels relevant to the roles you are hiring for

Proactively identify and engage with candidates, building impactful relationships in the market

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure a deep understanding of the talent landscape in South Africa

Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and Yoco cultural fit

Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the candidate evaluation process

Partner with hiring teams and business partners to ensure a robust recruitment process is adhered to

Upskill hiring managers and their teams on how to source and select candidates

Collaborate with the employer branding team to ensure content is fresh and relevant to the roles you are hiring for

Prioritise an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring positive interactions that reflect our employer brand

Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics to provide insights for strategic decision-making
-
Actively engage in networking and community events to build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates
About you
-
You are a tenured Sales/Revenue recruiter with 7+ years of experience, most of which should have been in an inhouse or RPO environment (essential).

You must have experience in a scale up environment and demonstrate that you are able to partner with leaders at all levels

You are an exceptional talent sourcer, you go deep to understand business needs and can successfully translate these into sourcing strategies

You have strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices
-
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to listen and challenge to get to best fit solutions
-
You are well networked in your talent segment and can draw on these networks to build and enhance our Sales/Revenue talent pipelines

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other sourcing and recruiting tools
