The IIE Varsity College Sandton Campus has a vacancy for an Honours Supervisor (Independent Contractor) within the Faculty of Humanities.
- Independent Research Project (INRP8419)
- Supervise students.
- Provide constructive feedback regarding Concept Document, Literature Review, Research Proposal & Literature, Data Collection & Analysis, Finding and Interpretation and Research Report per student.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.

- Ability to meet marking deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage work and self proactively
Ideally:
-
A Master's in Psychology and experience supervising student research in the discipline of Psychology. A Research Methodology module should have been completed at NQF 8.
- If no previous supervision experience, a NQF 9 Psychology qualification that includes an academic research component will be ideal.
- Previous supervision experience of at least 5 Honours students.
- Please note that this is an Independent Contractor role.
- Positions are part-time.
