The Mechanical engineer is responsible for BESS product(Battery Energy Storage System) and mechanical & manufacturing design of Module/Pack/System level.
What will you be doing
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Mechanical design of the module/Pack/system
- Material optimization and DFM(Desing for manufacturing)
- Safety Design of BESS for BESS certifcations and regulations(inulation, thermal, fire, vibration, shock and IP grade)
- Component and product level DOE and validation
- Evaluation of validation result and design improvement
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- More than 5 years experience of mass production design for medium and large size products (preference of the BESS development experience)
- Communication with HQ and foreign customers and technical documentation
- Experience using CAD(Solid works, Autocad) and CAE(NFX, Ansys)
- Strong technical communication skills
