What the day will look like

As a senior consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering actuarial valuation and other actuarial consulting services. This role is focused on providing high-quality solutions to corporate clients regarding their retirement plans, while also contributing to business development expansion.

Key responsibilities :

• Work with corporate clients developing and preparing actuarial valuations of long-term employee benefit plan for financial reporting
• Provide advisory services to corporate clients regarding their retirement plans, employee benefits and/or total rewards.
• Support business development by collaborating with team members to create proposals and highlight additional services
• Manage internal and external relationships to identify new business growth opportunities

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor's degree
• Professional actuarial qualification (ASA, IFo A, FIAA, FIAK)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in field of retirement pension, actuarial, consulting
• Fluent both in Korean and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Qualifications (Preferred)

• University degree with major in mathematics, statistics and/or actuarial science
