• Prepare service deliverables for new products according to project schedule in a timely and cost effective manner

• Develop part manuals and associated field service documentation for new products
• Lead new spare part set up process and cooperate with related teams

4) Design for serviceability (Df S)

• Liaise with engineers and staff from other disciplines to help the team deliver complete integrated solutions
• Ensure that the product serviceability is achieved in such a way that it can be tested reliably both at a component and system level
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of: design for service (Df S)
• Increase awareness of service requirements and techniques to achieve effective field service engineering
