[주요 업무]

• 유저의 니즈를 파악하여 콘텐츠 기획에 반영, 중국 광저우 현지 기획자와 협업
• 데이터 분석과 게임에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로 한국 동향에 맞는 게임 최적화 및 업그레이드 방향성 설정
• 운영 및 이벤트 로컬라이징 아이디어 제안(UI, 상호작용, 콘텐츠, IP 콜라보 등)
• 유저 간담회, 라이브 방송, 대회 개최 등 한국 오프라인 행사 기획 및 운영

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain empathy with players, keenly identify their deeper needs, and translate them into design directions, collaborating with the Design Team in Guangzhou, China for implementation.
• Identify optimization directions for the game in the South Korean market through data analysis and have a deep understanding of the game, seeking further breakthrough points or opportunities to expand the audience base.
• Propose design and optimization suggestions for the localized live-operation events (including user interface, interaction, content localization, and IP collaboration).
• Collaborate organizing and participating in local offline activities such as player meetups, live streaming, and gaming tournaments.

Job Requirements:

• Develop a deep understanding of local players, with the ability to fully engage with our racing game and related competitive products in the market.
• Exhibit perceptive, logical thinking, and strong communication skills.
• Experience in game design or game operations (preferred but not required).
• Being interested in cars and having a passion for racing or racing games is preferred but not required.
