Senior Marketing Specialist, Partnership Marketing

This is a permanent full-time role based in South Korea following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do
-
Co-marketing is a core element to the growth of our global data and index businesses. This role is to support marketing relationships with co-marketing clients and prospects contributing to the business' upsell/retention/conversion initiatives. -
Providing customized marketing solutions to provide access to clients as well as to showcase Nasdaq's leadership position in the data and index businesses. -
This position works very closely with sales, products and marketers within the organization as well as the leadership team/senior marketing team of the clients and prospects. -
Research clients' and prospects' profile and to develop pitch decks to support upsell/retention/conversion initiatives. -
Define and implement partnerships that help to amplify clients' brand, Nasdaq's franchise/product capabilities and help securing revenue. -
Stay up to date with local industry and marketing trends, anticipate clients' and prospects' needs, providing proactive strategic solutions and support. -
Foster clients and prospects relationship, lead day-to-day partners' marketing interactions. -
Works with external vendors as well as internal specialists to activate marketing programs which incl print/audio/visual collaterals, social/digital campaigns, events, thought leadership content, education programs, etc. -
Set and deliver critical metrics, supervise and track client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, agreements, marketing plans.
What We Expect
-
Proven experience in client relationship management. As a plus: marketing agency with account servicing experience OR was in the role of "client success", "client partnership", "client servicing". -
Experience in handling client relationship in Korea is ideal but not essential. -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. -
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. -
Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Marketo, Monday.com, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc. Well versed in using automation/analytical tools to inform important metrics and decision-making. -
Degree or equivalent experience in marketing and related field. -
Willingness to travel frequently, as required.
