Who We’re Looking For
Plan Smile is hiring an experienced 3D Designer with customer service experience to join our rapidly growing Planmeca Group Company in Málaga, Spain.
In this role, you will join our design team, alongside 3D designer experts, to create best-in-class designs for our expanding network of clients. You will work with our design operations, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams to enhance our processes and workflows.
What You'll Do
- Create 3D designs including file import, repair, trimming, and files optimization
- Collaborate with customer service to address client needs and feedback
- Collaborate and maintain our protocol of design standards and operating procedures
- Optimize our processes for efficiency leveraging new and existing workflows and technologies
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a 3D designer or in a related field
- Strong visual-spatial intelligence
- Comprehensive knowledge in 3D modeling and rendering (Blender, Meshmixer or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow internal best practices
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Proficient in using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
- Eagerness to learn new technologies proactively and navigate ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills
You’ll Really Stand Out if
- Experience working in a dental laboratory or clinic
- Experience in customer service, especially in a design-related field
- Familiarity with 3D printing systems and software
