We are hiring an Airport Customer Service Agent who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do:

Assisting passengers at the check-in and boarding

Reservations and ticketing
-
Flight Coordination including all administrative tasks related.
- Provision of passenger assistance (claims, suggestions, baggage, lost objects)
- Educational background in management and/or business.
- More than 2 years’ experience in Administrative Roles, most valued experience in airports or transport area.
- Spanish and English advanced other languages will be a plus.
- Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts and part time specific days.

Excellent communications skills and customer oriented.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Very organized and teamwork player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Starting date first November, fixed term contract.
- 15 hours per week.
