• Vendor invoice checking and approvals via SAP Concur according to procedure,limits and approval process.
• Vendor statement reconciliation.
• Assist the Coordinating with Shared Service Department in China who complete accounting processes for Spain Finance.

• Processing daily bank journals and weekly bank reconciliation.
• Assisting preparation of overdue AR customers for local collection in Spanish.

• Monitoring and releasing sales orders in credit block.
• Maintain relevant documentation.
• Responsible for collection of receivables from customers.
• Contact customers by telephone and/or letter if necessary
• Reviews customers’ credit limits and accounts.
• Send monthly statements.
• Issues escalation or final notice letters.
• Dealing with customers queries.

• Manage expense processing and approvals using SAP Concur.
• Prepare expense journals.
• Assist employees in understanding of expense policy and respond to queries as required.
• Assist with the control and management of company fuel cards & mobiles.

• Undertake review of posting to general ledger to ensure correct classifications.
• Prepare accruals and prepayments.
• Manage fixed asset register.
• Assist in preparation on monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist Spanish Senior Accountant as required with month end close.
• Assisting filing of statutory documents.

• Assist logistics/customer service with the management and control of inventory and undertake monthly finance stock check.
• Assist with internal and external auditors requirements.
• Ad hoc reports for local management and EU/HQ Finance departments.

• Part qualified ideally working towards recognized Spanish Accounting qualification.
• Able to communicate both orally and written in English is essential.
• A keen eye for detail and ability to work to deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
• A good understanding of Excel.
