What we look for?
We are looking for a Dev Sec Ops to join the cybersecurity team of our client to define and implement security requirements throughout the application lifecycle for a project with a customer from the banking sector.
100% remote position for people located in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that projects adhere to established security standards and requirements, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality throughout the development phases
• Review and evaluate the design of new applications for the financial sector, ensuring compliance an secure innovation with high cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to analyze security risks and the results of security testing, including Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), and Pentesting.
• Identify and mitigate security risks in application architecture design, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems - Work closely with development and operations (Dev Ops) teams to integrate best security practices into development, deployment, and continuous operation processes (Cl/CD). - Define and implement security policies and standards in AWS infrastructure, including service configuration, access control, identity management, and event monitoring.
• Conduct security risk analysis and assessments, as well as periodic audits to ensure compliance with established security requirements.
• Stay up to date with the Latest trends and advancements in cybersecurity, AM., and Dev Ops, and apply that knowledge to continuously improve the security of applications and systems.
• Acts as the interface between the technical disciplines and the business to carry out technically orientated security assessments, setting security requirements for new products and services, and assessing compliance and risk.
• Provides security design and architecture guidance as well as general security consultancy across the business.
• Acts as cyber coach to projects and program teams to ensure that future infrastructures and products are secure.
• Manages all security assessments for development and corresponding IT landscape.
• Scopes and coordinates security testing prior to product Launch.
• Defines, communicates and ensures that suppliers and third parties understand and comply with security standards.

Mandatory requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cybersecurity Architect or in similar roles, with a focus on the financial sector.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, along with experience in reviewing and designing secure architectures for applications.
• Strong understanding of Dev Ops and the ability to work in agile development environments, collaborating closely with development and operations teams.
• Practical experience with AWS services and tools, including configuration, security, networking, and identity management.
• Familiarity with security testing, such as SAST, DAST, and Pentesting, as well as the ability to analyze results and provide improvement recommendations.
• Knowledge of methods and processes to monitor, analyze and respond to network attacks, intrusions or any unauthorized actions; ability to use techniques and tools to perform network defense.
• Knowledge of the tools and processes for maintaining application security; ability to design and implement security program to prevent data loss and access intrusion from web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
• Knowledge of the decision-ma king process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and multinational teams. .
• Proficient in English (C1 minimum, C2 preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, AWS, or Dev Ops are considered a plus
