The Oncology Business Unit in Spain is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to driving innovation and transformation across different oncology franchises. We are seeking a passionate and visionary Oncology Brand & Customer Manager to join the Oncology Team that will shape the future of our company.
Job Description:
As a Brand & Customer Manager in Oncology, you will be responsible for defining and implementing market specific priorities, operational excellence, and customer engagement plans by developing, leading, and influencing the execution of the brand strategy before, under and after product launches in close collaboration with cross-functional team (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Outcomes Research, Communication, Digital team, and other functions) in an agile setting.
The incumbent will engage with main societies, scientific leaders and other external key stakeholders and will be critical role in establishing our company´s position as a leading oncology company.

Job Description:
As a Brand & Customer Manager in Oncology, you will be responsible for defining and implementing market specific priorities, operational excellence, and customer engagement plans by developing, leading, and influencing the execution of the brand strategy before, under and after product launches in close collaboration with cross-functional team (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Outcomes Research, Communication, Digital team, and other functions) in an agile setting.

Main roles & responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Support global & regional business opportunities through appropriate local marketing development.
- Collection of Customer needs, insights and drivers/barriers to understand customer perspective and to develop solutions which best meet customer needs to help improve patient outcomes.
- Development of local segmentation and determine segmentation strategy based on input from all groups interacting with customers.
- Day-to-day management of promotional budget to optimize effectiveness and efficiency within compliance standards.
- Collaborate and work with cross functional team as one team with Agile methodology.
- Lead local Brand Committees
- Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies and standards, and with the country Code of Practice
- Implement Marketing Strategy and omnichannel Branded programs
- Content creation/adaptation and management through multiple platforms/timings
- Participate in Field Visits and Regional Sales rep meetings
- Metrics tracking
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Scientific Leaders and main Oncology Societies in women´s cancer area.
- Develop Scientific Leaders plans and interact with Scientific Leaders
- Attend Scientific Congresses with Scientific Leaders
- Develop local speakers and organization of local speaker engagements
- Participate in Local/National Ad Boards
Required skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strategic Thinking and Planning of foundational marketing strategy

Optional/recommended Skills:
- Medical/pharmaceutical/biotechnological knowledge & MSc, Ph D, and/or MBA strongly recommended
- Project management experience: being capable of leading strategies with multiple stakeholders within a budget
