The pace of the program, which sets a challenging schedule for each Trainee, is based on two phases:

- Exposure in various departments of the Rooms Division
- An intensive period of training focusing on the Trainee's agreed area of interest.
The length of the program is 9-12 months.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time paid Management Internship. Your schedule will be based on operational needs (may include Saturdays and Sundays).
- Housing: Please note that housing is not included.
- Work Authorization: You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or UE.
- Relevant Career Path: Your studies should be related to the internship and finalized up to 1 year prior to the Internship start.
- Language Skills: Advanced level of Spanish and English (written and spoken) is necessary for the role
- Passion for Learning: We seek individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow.
