What will you be doing?
- Manage conversation for upstream with product management and customer experience teams.
- Analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes and technology to provide support services.
- Prepare documentation of user stories.
- Provide training to End users.
- Assist on Support best practices assurance.
- Assure Support teams execute the support model implemented.
- Track incidents to assure the are attended according to support model, during hyper care periods.
- Collecting and documenting information on current business environment
- Consulting staff from different parts of an organization
- Compiling and presenting information
- Execute Analytics and reports to monitor Support performance.

3+ Years of experience in similar position.

Graduated (Industrial, Mechanical engineering, Systems Engineering or similar)

English Advanced (C1)
-
Experience or knowledge in Data analytics, data visualization, process mapping, define product equirements, quantify effort effectiveness, improving performance is a plus

Experience or knowledge in Power BI, spreadsheets, presentation, Jira, is a plus

Desirable SAP skills

Agile methodologies (design thinking), business model canvas, process optimization

Critical & analytical thinking, customer oriented, great facilitator, effective communication, task oriented

Willingness to travel and openness to learning on the job.
