We are NEORIS ! As a digital accelerator we help companies step into the future! Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst.
What will you be doing?

Manage conversation for upstream with product management and customer experience teams.
Analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes and technology to provide support services.
Prepare documentation of user stories.
Provide training to End users.
Assist on Support best practices assurance.
Assure Support teams execute the support model implemented.
Track incidents to assure the are attended according to support model, during hyper care periods.
Collecting and documenting information on current business environment
Consulting staff from different parts of an organization
Compiling and presenting information
Execute Analytics and reports to monitor Support performance.

What would make you a good fit?

3+ Years of experience in similar position.
Graduated (Industrial, Mechanical engineering, Systems Engineering or similar)
English Advanced (C1)
Experience or knowledge in Data analytics, data visualization, process mapping, define product equirements, quantify effort effectiveness, improving performance is a plus
Experience or knowledge in Power BI, spreadsheets, presentation, Jira, is a plus
Desirable SAP skills
Agile methodologies (design thinking), business model canvas, process optimization
Critical & analytical thinking, customer oriented, great facilitator, effective communication, task oriented
Willingness to travel and openness to learning on the job.
