We're seeking a Client Solution Engineer/Pre-Sales Engineer to be responsible for technical pre-sales and design solutions in multi-tenant residential buildings, including student accommodations, build-to-rent communities, and co-living/hospitality venues. Be part of a team that's transforming how people connect and live across Europe. We are specifically looking for a candidate to be based in Spain / Italy to join an existing team of six engineers.
You will be the expert in ASK4’s services and technical solutions. This role enables you to travel across the UK and Europe to visit clients so a valid passport and driving licence is essential.

Pay: 43,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per year

What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with ASK4’s Growth team to understand client requirements, translating those requirements into standard and non-standard solutions.
- Lead and own technical engagement with clients and property developers.
- Represent and champion our clients in the technology department.
- Build strong relationships with clients and support them in understanding ASK4 Internet, IT Solutions & Io T Services.
- Conduct client site surveys (infrastructure and Wi-Fi surveys)
- Develop and present technical proposals and solutions to clients that meet their specific needs and requirements including budgets and documentation.
- Produce high quality handover documentation of client solutions and provide support and consultation as required during project implementation and handover to our provision teams.
- Participate in client meetings, conferences, and trade shows to demonstrate products and services in technical conversation.
- Work closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure products and services meet customer needs, collaborate in development of non-standard solutions.
- Be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Need to understand and enjoy working with technical solutions.
- Have excellent communications skills
- Understand the connectivity market, technology, and competitor products.
- Have excellent customer service skills and a high standard of written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stake holders.
- Have the ability to conduct investigation and analysis of customer needs.
- Be passionate about technology, Self-motivated to achieve and develop
- Be able to travel to sites across the UK and Europe when needed.
- Experience with IP, Ethernet, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and GPON networking technologies, design and implementation
- Experience in structured cabling and passive optical networks (PON/GPON), fibre optic cabling.
- Awareness of IPTV, streaming and casting services, Fibre-IRS, TV and satellite distribution systems, Smart Building and Io T technologies, Building/landlord IP network services IP CCTV, access control, BMS, firewall and VPN technologies.
