The Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Architect to join our team at Nespresso, as we continue to expand and enhance our Cloud Foundations function. Under the supervision and guidance of the Product Owner, you as our Cloud Architect will bring deep expertise and knowledge to Platform teams on Cloud best practices and standards. Working at the leading edge of IT for the product or platform. You will perform preliminary studies and help to set the technological direction with the product or platform manager. Also, you will support the architecture of complex applications and may be accountable for specific deliverables.


In This Role, You Will:

• Collaborate with multiple teams to design the Cloud solutions to power Nespresso Applications.
  

• Ensure optimal end-to-end delivery of Ia C to Cloud providers by understanding and overseeing the delivery pipeline.
  

• Actively participate with Dev Ops and Platform teams in the definition and evolution of the Nespresso Ia C framework.
  

• Design the policies to govern the implementation of the Nespresso Cloud Platform.
  

• Mentor Platform teams in the optimal usage of Cloud components and solutions.
  

• Work closely with Dev Ops, development teams and suppliers to secure that the value planned will be delivered in the most optimal way.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
  

• Demonstrable experience working and Architecting solutions with multiple Cloud Providers, specially Azure and AWS.
  

• Good understanding of Ia C frameworks and experience having setup Enterprise-grade frameworks for Ia C.
  

• Good understanding in fundamentals of cloud-native Identity, Networking and Security.
  

• Demonstrable experience working in enterprise-scale Cloud deployments and landing zones.
  

• Experience working with Dev Ops and modern software engineering practices.
  

• Experience with continuous delivery tools like Github, Bitbucket or Jenkins.
  

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

• Experience architecting Microservices architecture, with strong emphasis on containerization, orchestrators (AKS, OKE, Openshift…) and serverless.
  

• Experience deploying large e-commerce eco-systems in Cloud.
  

• Experience with Oracle Cloud.
