Areas of Responsibility:
The Commercial Asset Manager will be responsible of:

• Negotiation, relations and consolidation of the relationship with landowners, suppliers, local authorities and strategical partners and consultants.
• Support the technical aspects of the projects.
• Supervision and adaptation of projects to the requirements of the public tender in Spain.
• Support in the finalization and management of energy sales contracts.
• Due diligence processes.
• Contract Management (commercial and technical-administrative aspects).
• Budgeting.
• Regulatory and permitting (guarantee the obtaining permits needed for continue operation of power plants; ensure the necessary support in obtaining permits for project approval).

Studies:
Engineering or Business Administration.

Work Experience:
3/4 years (at least) of experience in a similar role.

Languages:
Spanish (mother tongue) and English.
Italian would be a plus.

IT Skills:
Microsoft Office Package.

Know – How & Managerial Skills
