TUS FUNCIONES:

Soporte a los técnicos de compensación y beneficios en la gestión inherente al departamento, referente a nómina y temas relacionados con compensación y beneficios.
Soporte en proyectos internacionales relacionados con Compensación & Beneficios.
Soporte en el proceso de nómina y administración de personal.
Soporte comunicaciones en sistema red y demás comunicaciones obligatorias.
Gestión de las encuestas del INE y demás reportes oficiales.
Colaboración en las diferentes áreas de P&C y proyectos que se lleven a cabo.

TU PERFIL:

Grado en RRLL, ADE, Derecho.
Conocimientos de Excel, valorables conocimientos en SAP.
Buen nivel de inglés.
Persona orientada al detalle, proactiva y con un perfil analítico.
